Detectives Investigating a fatal shooting in Camden

Camden, N.J. – Detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in Camden, announced Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

On Sunday, November 28th, Officers responded to a ShotSpotter activation on the 1000 block of Lois Street at approximately 10:32 p.m. and located a male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He has been identified as Takwail Bailey, 29, of Camden.

The victim was transported to Cooper University Hospital. He was pronounced deceased at 10:57 p.m.
