Popular Chamber Music Presenter Has Returned to In-Person Performances with Livestream Option
Sewell, NJ (October 11, 2021) – Following a well-received season premiere, Music at Bunker Hill announces its next concert, scheduled for November 7: Dolce Suono Trio, featuring Mimi Stillman, flute; Gabriel Cabezas, cello; and Charles Abramovic, piano.
Described by the Huffington Post as “one of the most dynamic groups in the U.S.,” Dolce Suono features three graduates of Philadelphia’s Curtis Institute of Music. Mimi Stillman, flute, was considered a child prodigy and became the youngest wind player ever to attend Curtis. She is the founder and artistic director of Dolce Suono Ensemble. Charles Abramovic, pianist, is a Professor of Keyboard Studies at Temple University, and Gabriel Cabezas, is a cellist, soloist, chamber musician, and member of yMusic.
“Having first experienced this captivating combination of flute, cello, and piano when Dolce Suono Trio performed at Music at Bunker Hill in 2017, we’re lucky to have them return,” said Carol Westfall, president of the Board of Directors. “We feel a special connection to this group, all of whom trained in Philadelphia and have gone on to earn widespread praise for their talent and skill.”

Bach: "Suite" of solo flute, cello, and keyboard movements
Turina: Quartet in A Minor, op. 67 with William Frampton, viola (arr. Stillman)
