On September 3, 2021, Margaret “Peggy” D’Alessandro (née O’Leary), beloved wife of sixty years to the late Michael A. D'Alessandro, devoted mother of Andrew John, Thomas Michael (JoyceAnna), and Richard Peter (Sandy) D’Alessandro, and loving grandmother of Luke, Maximus, Thomas Jr., and Anthony D’Alessandro, she was born on June 9, 1933, one of five children of John O’Leary and Eva (née Hughes).
 
Raised in Gloucester City, she was valedictorian of her class at Gloucester Catholic High School. A faithful daughter of the Holy Catholic Church, she and her husband contributed to the construction of Saint Luke Church in Stratford, where, as an original member, she gave many years of service to the parish school which her three sons attended. "Her children rise up and call her blessed..." (Proverbs 31, 28).
 
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing on Saturday morning, September 18, 2021, 9:30-10:45 am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, St. Luke Church, 55 Warwick Rd., Stratford, NJ 08084.
