Garden State Esports and Evil Geniuses Partner to Create Career Education Network for Students

 

New partnership will enhance opportunities for Garden State Esports participants to learn about careers in the esports ecosystem.

New Jersey: September 24, 2021 -- Garden State Esports (GSE), the nonprofit esports league run by teachers for all New Jersey schools, announces today a partnership with iconic professional esports organization, Evil Geniuses (EG). This partnership will take GSE’s career education program, a program that connects GSE’s scholar athletes and the higher education institutions and employers looking to recruit them, to the next level. Thousands of students from GSE’s 130+ member school districts will have the opportunity to receive educational and career guidance from the industry professionals at Evil Geniuses and the Business newsn ultimately connect with relevant opportunities and employers.

“We at Evil Geniuses are excited to continue accomplishing our mission with a partner like Garden State Esports -- we both are committed to creating the highest quality experiences for students interested in esports and gaming careers nationwide, and we both are committed to continue to pave the path for accessible education for all,” said Sabrina Wong, Education Program Specialist for Evil Geniuses.
