NAWBO SJ Announces Board Installation, Annual Meeting and Honoree Ceremony for Women of Action

Denise Shibe is First Responder of the Year: In recognition of a health care worker or other front-line worker who has gone above and beyond to provide care, support or assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Food Bank of South Jersey is Non-Profit of the Year: In recognition of a non-profit organization's outstanding effort to provide support and relief during the global pandemic.

Liz Bechtel, Bechtel CPA, is Woman Business Owner of the Year: Recognizing a successful business owner or entrepreneur who has had a significant impact on the South Jersey community.

The keynote speaker for the event is Megan Varrell, Resource Development Director, Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity the Southern New Jersey affiliate of the largest not- for profit builder in the world, Habitat for Humanity International. Locally, Gloucester County Habitat for Humanity’s mission is to put love into action by building homes, communities and hope.

The Board Installation, Annual Meeting and Honoree Ceremony for Women of Action will be held at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 2000 Route 38, Suite 1180, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002, Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 8:30am – 10:30am.
