ATLANTIC CITY- A man was fatally stabbed Saturday night in Atlantic City and a woman who was also stabbed is hospitalized and remains in critical condition, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced.
At 9:17 p.m., on Saturday June 19, 2021, Atlantic City Police Department received a 911 call in reference to a female who was stabbed at a residence on South Carolina Avenue in Atlantic City. Atlantic City Police Officers arrived at the residence and discovered a 55 year-old male and a 37 year-old female with stab wounds. The man and woman were transported to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center City Campus. The man was pronounced deceased and the woman remains hospitalized in critical condition.
This is a cooperative, ongoing investigation between the ACPO Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department.
