Mary Purcell of Ocean City Graduates from Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors Program at Scranton
SCRANTON, PA (06/09/2021)-- Mary R. Purcell of Ocean City was among 37 members of The University of Scranton's class of 2021 who graduated from its Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors Program (SJLA), which is one of Scranton's programs of excellence. Students in SJLA pursue a rigorous education designed to develop enhanced writing, oral and critical-thinking skills through specially designed courses in philosophy, theology and literature.
Purcell graduated, summa cum laude, as an English and philosophy double major.
Tatyana Williams graduates from Bridgewater College
BRIDGEWATER, VA (06/09/2021)-- Tatyana A. Williams of Camden graduated with a bachelor of science in Biochemistry from Bridgewater College during the May 1, 2021, commencement exercises.
In accordance with the Commonwealth of Virginia's capacity limits for commencements with regards to COVID-19 guidelines, the College held four commencement ceremonies on the campus mall for both undergraduate and graduate students.
Approximately 321 undergraduate and 32 graduate students from the Class of 2021 received degrees at the ceremonies. Dr. David W. Bushman, president of Bridgewater College, conferred the degrees.
Timothy Suter of Vineland graduates from Edinboro University
EDINBORO, PA (06/10/2021)-- Edinboro University celebrated the academic success of 673 undergraduate and graduate students on May 8.
Bachelor's and associate degrees were conferred upon 518 students, while 155 students earned graduate and post-baccalaureate degrees.

Skylar Ruff of Blackwood named to Lasell University Dean's List
NEWTON, MA (06/10/2021)-- Skylar Ruff of Blackwood (08012) was named to the Lasell University Dean's List for their academic performance in the Spring 2021 semester.
To be named to the Dean's List, Lasell students must complete at least 12 credits as a full-time student and achieve a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Brandon L. Williams named to Husson University's President's List
BANGOR, ME (06/10/2021)-- Blackwood, N.J. resident, Brandon L. Williams, has been named to Husson University's President's List for the Spring 2021 semester.
During the spring semester, Williams was enrolled in Husson's Bachelor of Science in Business Administration program.
Students who make the President's List must be enrolled as an undergraduate student, carry a full-time load of 12 credit hours, complete all attempted courses in the time allotted for the semester, and achieve a 3.80 to 4.0 semester grade-point average. Credits from pass/fail classes do not qualify toward meeting the minimum credit hour requirement.
