Jersey City’s Art District is the hottest emerging neighborhood in the New York City region. Just last week Paris’ Centre Pompidou announced Jersey City as the home for their newest location.

Manhattan buyers are leaving the city to live in the up-and-coming area being heralded as a “ cultural destination for generations to come”. Blocks away from the buzzing Restaurant Row, where Manhattanites eat at trendy restaurants, 144 First Street is in the heart of what is turning Jersey City into an artistic hub.

144 First Street will be as elegant as its future residents. Offering ample space and luxury amenities (think: gym, doorman, and roof deck), it’s homey with a family atmosphere.

Nest Seekers International will exclusively sell units, and they will enter full sales mode in six to 12 months.
