NEWARK – Baldwin Equities and Striker announce that 45 William Street will hold its grand opening May 29, 2021, 10am-2pm.
45 William Street is in the heart of Newark's arts district which is also the site of a brand-new GRAMMY Museum commissioned large-scale mosaic mural of Whitney Houston. Newark-based Artist Maude Lemaire who specializes in beautifully crafted hand-cut glass mosaic murals recently created the installation on the building over the course of several weeks.
45 William will be the first residential building in the country to offer its tenants a free membership to LinkedIn Learning. Tenants will have free access to the entire slate of over 16,000 expert-led LinkedIn Learning courses. Avi Benamu, co-founder of Baldwin Equities, offers the pilot program with LinkedIn to give Newark residents "the latest tools to improve their professional and personal skills".
