He proudly served our country during Vietnam in the U.S. Air Force from 1961-1965. Ed was a 30-year devoted member of the Gloucester City Board of Education. He served as President for many years and enjoyed serving his community. Ed was a volunteer fireman for the Gloucester City Fire Department and was a member of the Gloucester City Lions Club since 2007. He was a mail handler for 40 years at the U.S. Regional Post Office in Bellmawr retiring on February 1, 2019. 

Relatives, friends, Board of Education members, Gloucester City Fire Department, Gloucester City Lions Club, and co-workers from the U.S. Regional Post Office in Bellmawr are kindly invited to attend Ed’s viewing on Friday, May 7 from 6 pm to 8 pm and Saturday morning, May 8 from 9 am to 10 am at the McCann-Healey Funeral Home: 851 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City. Episcopal Service 10 am in the funeral home. Interment with U.S. Air Force Military Honors Locustwood Memorial Park, Cherry Hill.
