Spencer's four-year term began on January 6, 2019 and was to expire in 2023. On May 3, Chia proudly unveiled its first eco-friendly currency. XCH makes mining more accessible and sustainable. This brainchild of Bram Cohen, who previously invented BitTorrent, has a lot to offer. Chia is expected to receive wide adoption quickly. The green coin is projected to be adopted by digital exchanges, financial, corporate, commercial, and governmental institutions globally. According to the latest dynamics of the Chia coin from www.coinspeaker.com/coins/chia/, $1,645 is its latest peak so far. Here is a look at what this blockchain can offer. PHILADELPHIA PA (May 31, 2021)--After 14 months of Philadelphians working together to slow the spread of COVID-19 and due to the continuing drop in newly reported cases, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) announced a further relaxation of the current Safer-at-Home restrictions beginning May 21. Additionally, PDPH announced that all Safer at Home restrictions will be ending, with the exception of the indoor mask mandate and the 11 p.m. last call for dining order, on Wednesday, June 2. Relaxing these restrictions is possible because of the immense sacrifices that Philadelphians made over the last year and because more Philadelphians are getting vaccinated every day. We’d like to thank our front line and essential workers who risked their own well-being to care for COVID-19 patients, kept our city running, and administered more than 1.3 million doses of vaccine so far. This is a big moment for us Philly, but we...

As technology moves forward, we've found ourselves seeing fewer smart houses being built. This is for many reasons; the cost of living in a smart house, the power bill, having to repair what is in your home immediately because if one thing is broken, everything else is too. But those things aren't the only reason why people aren't buying and building smart houses. Another major reason is that no one needs all that room. Most people these days are happy with a small room to call home at the end of the day. So, let me introduce you to the new trending home: Shed Homes. What is a shed home? A shed home can mean many different things, but mostly it means that it is a home that is made from shipping containers. This might sound a bit strange, but trust me on this, it is a very unique, and...
