Wednesdays in the Wintergarden
Live outdoor entertainment will be featured every Wednesday from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. on the Greenfield Lawn in Dilworth Park. Performances include dance ensembles, cultural groups and local musicians and continue through April 14. Select concerts are supported with funds from the Music Performance Trust Fund, American Federation of Musicians, and Local 77.

 
 
Storytime in the Wintergarden
The Wintergarden on the Greenfield Lawn welcomes families on Tuesday mornings for a free storytime for children ages 2-5. Storytime features the popular Miss Mary from the Free Library of Philadelphia, who will feature a different children's book each week. Storytime in the Wintergarden will be held from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. every Tuesday morning and has been extended through April 13.

Family Saturdays
Join us at the Wintergarden on the Greenfield Lawn every Saturday from 11 a.m.-noon  for kid-friendly programming. This Saturday, March 20, the Wintergarden will transform into a spring wonderland and feature a wandering stilt walker. March 27, bring the kids for an Easter-themed scavenger hunt, featuring an appearance by the Bunny! Family Saturdays run through April 17.

Get ready to get moving! Professional instructors and trainers from Optimal Sport 1315 Walnut will host free outdoor fitness classes for participants of all skill levels. Monday evenings will be dedicated to Zumba, and Tuesdays in April will focus on Boot Camp before transitioning to HIIT classes in May. Classes run from 6-7 p.m. Masks are required. 

 
 
 
 
We're Hiring!
The CCD is currently hiring Community Service Representatives (CSRs). CSRs function as goodwill ambassadors in Center City Philadelphia, and serve as the “eyes and ears” of the Philadelphia Police Department. CSRs are a uniformed foot patrol who act as a friendly and welcoming presence in the Center City District. They walk specific areas to observe and serve as a source of information to the public, businesses, residents, tourists and others, and they provide First Aid and CPR, if needed.
