Guests can enjoy a prix-fixe brunch (USD 125) including an abundant tower featuring osetra caviar blinis, avocado lettuce cups, smoked salmon, prosciutto, and almond pancakes. Spend the holiday at home and let Vernick Fish do the breakfast prep with the Easter Provisions Box (USD 85, serves 2), available only for takeaway on Tock.com. Items include crab quiche, whitefish spread, smoked salmon, herb and jalapeño cream cheese, pickles, capers, Fish's milk stout sourdough as well as Vernick Coffee Bar’s croissants, ginger-lemon scones, and Caffè Umbria Cold Brew. The eight-inch cake is made with organic strawberries, fluffy angel food cake, and an unexpected vanilla mousse. Enjoy a box of a dozen macarons (USD 40) ranging from strawberry rhubarb to passion fruit and pistachio.
