Gabrielle Byrnes Makes Fall 2020 Dean's List at Adelphi University in New York

GARDEN CITY, NY (03/03/2021)-- Gabrielle Byrnes of Voorhees, NJ, has been named to Adelphi University's fall 2020 Dean's List.

Byrnes was among a select group of outstanding students recognized by Adelphi's deans of Arts and Sciences, Education and Health Science, Business, Nursing and Public Health, Social Work and Psychology for superior academic performance. The list comprises full-time students-registered for 12 or more credits-who have completed at least nine graded credits and achieved a GPA of 3.5 or above for the semester. This recognition becomes part of the student's academic record and is entered into the individual's transcript.

Alyssa Donato of Cedarville Named to 2021 Kutztown University Softball Team

KUTZTOWN, PA (03/03/2021)-- Kutztown University will have 21 student-athletes representing its softball program for the 2021 season, including Alyssa Donato of Cedarville, NJ (08311).

The last time that the Kutztown University softball team played it was March 14, 2020, before a global pandemic shutdown the remainder of the season. March of 2021 looks to bring a return to competition for KU and the rest of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), itching to get back out on the field after nearly a year away from the sport.

Kutztown opens up its 2021 campaign with a two-day doubleheader at Millersville, beginning Friday, March 5. First pitch of game one of the season is set for 2:30 p.m.

Local Student Named to Fall 2020 Dean's List at SUNY Delhi

DELHI, NY (03/03/2021)-- SUNY Delhi is proud to recognize Tyler Kemble of Mount Holly for academic achievement and being named to the dean's list for the fall 2020 semester. Kemble is pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts Management at the college.

The dean's list is a recognition of students who enrolled in six or more credits and earned a 3.5 or higher grade-point average for the semester.

Charlize Galcik Named to Abilene Christian University's Fall 2020 Dean's List

ABILENE, TX (03/05/2021)-- Charlize Galcik of Stratford was named to the Abilene Christian University Fall 2020 Dean's List. Galcik is a freshman majoring in graphic design and advertising.

Galcik was among more than 1,300 students named to the Fall 2020 Dean's List. To qualify, students must be registered for 12 or more credit hours and earn a GPA of 3.6 or higher.

Abilene Christian is the highest-ranking university in Texas in a 2021 U.S. News & World Report assessment of institutions highly regarded for their commitment to student success. Nationally, ACU achieved Top 10 status in three and Top 50 in another of eight high-impact categories among 1,500 universities evaluated for the annual "America's Best Colleges" edition. Kutztown University Announces 2021 Baseball Roster

KUTZTOWN, PA (03/04/2021)-- Kutztown University will have 29 student-athletes representing its baseball program for the 2021 season.

The Kutztown University baseball team kicks off its 2021 season this weekend with doubleheaders against Frostburg State, March 5 and 7, at the Ripken Experience in Aberdeen, Md. Second-year head coach Eric Folmar is hoping the the Golden Bears can bottle last season's early success as a new campaign begins following an extended layoff due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kutztown went 7-4 in a limited non-conference slate and saw many promising things from young players ahead of the shutdown. Folmar is excited to get back on the field and compete with his team.
