Camden City Resident Jimel Quann Shot and Killed; Detectives Investigating

Camden City, N.J. (Feb. 22, 2021)(CNBNews)– Detectives are investigating the fatal shooting of a man in Camden that happened early Sunday morning, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez.

Screen Shot 2019-05-04 at 11.20.47Police responded to the 200 block of Marlton Pike shortly after midnight on Feb. 21 for a report of a shooting. When they arrived, they located one victim suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim, identified as Jimel Quann, 44, of Camden, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead around 12:30 a.m.
