MARLTON, NJ--On February 22 2006 of Marlton born and raised in Gloucester City. Age 72. Beloved husband of Virginia'Ginny' L. Tavener (nee Sarlo). Loving father of Thomas Tavener, Tammy Tavener, Tracy Evans (William), and Stephanie Tavener. Dear grandfather of Danielle Tara Jamie Heather Adam Kimberly Bryan Jonathan and Sage and dear great grandfather of 8. Sister-in-law Connie J. Cleary (Bill), Denise Kruger (Frank), many nieces and nephews.
A veteran of the US Army Mr. Tavener was a Boilermaker NTL with Fisher Tank for 43 years. He was a transplant patient through the National Kidney Foundation and enjoyed vacationing with his wife to Florida Hawaii and Bermuda.
Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Sunday from 7-9 PM at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton and Monday from 10-11AM at the Catholic Church of St. Mary Springdale Road Cherry Hill where Mass will be held at 11AM Monday. Entombment Calvary Cemetery Cherry Hill.
