COLLINGSWOOD – Republican candidate for Congress in New Jersey’s First Congressional District, Claire Gustafson, launched a second video titled “Big brother” today as part of her digital advertising campaign

“A point we wanted to make with this ad is that sadly, when your big brother is the political boss you do what you want.” Claire Gustafson said, “Many voters, Democrat and Republican, remember when Donald Norcross compared Camden workers to children. I simply remind them that the media gave him a pass.”

Gustafson continued, “Unfortunately, local media has granted Norcross many free passes. Reminding folks of a couple of free passes given to him is important in helping voters make an informed decision.”

“Having a big brother as the political boss, it’s obviously much easier for Norcross to raise money than me, but I will not let that deter me.” Gustafson said, “I will continue to work to get our message out running a spirited campaign and laying out the difference between Donald Norcross’s record and my vision for our district even if it means relying heavily on digital.”

Gustafson’s most recent ad can be viewed at https://youtu.be/3M9ANPxJYUI and is the second in a series of ads she plans on releasing.

Script: When your big brother is the political boss, you do what you want. Since that video, Donald Norcross has promised jobs for our region. Instead his family and friends got millions in tax breaks. The media gave him a pass. Donald Norcross compared Camden’s workers to children. Another free pass. I’m Claire Gustafson, I’m running for Congress and I approved this message because I’m UNBOUGHT and UNBOSSED.”
