Rowan Football and Brown & Gold Gridiron Club Deliver over 5000 Cans of Food to Community Food Banks

GLASSBORO, NJ  (July 8, 2020)--– The Rowan football program teamed up with its Brown & Gold Gridiron Club to deliver over 5,000 cans of food today to two community food banks in Glassboro.

Head coach Jay Accorsi delivered the canned items to the Kitchen of Hope at St. Thomas Episcopal Church as well as to The Shop at Rowan.

Rowan football alumnus Zaire Pollard organized the food drive, coordinating the donation of more than 10,000 cans that will be used to help needy families in Glassboro.
