Pitman, N.J.-- Carole L. Allen (nee Lane), age 74, died May 18 at her home in Pitman. Born in Woodbury and raised in Brooklawn, she graduated from Gloucester Catholic High School in 1963 and had lived in Pitman for the past 52 years. 6a00d8341bf7d953ef0192ac8e07cc970d-120wi

She was employed by Clearview Regional High School as the Secretary to the Vice Principal, where she was well liked by the faculty and students, and retired in February 2019. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Church. Carole spent her summers in North Wildwood and was the family paddle ball champ on the beach with her grandchildren. She also loved attending her grandchildren's sporting events. She was avid about playing tennis, golf and traveling.

Predeceased by her sister-in-law Judith Sawicki. Survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald G. Allen, children, Greg (Diana) Allen and Kim (Glen) Campbell, grandchildren, Sean and Brady Allen, Evan and Paige Campbell. Also survived by her brother-in-law, Jeffrey (Liz) Allen.

Funeral services were private.
