The Crash Response Investigation Team (CRIT) is investigating a fatal crash that happened on the Black Horse Pike on April 27, according to Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Gloucester Township Police Chief David Harkins.

Police were called to the 1200 block of N. Black Horse Pike in Blackwood shortly before 5 p.m. for a report of a man hit by a box truck.

Alex Ibbeken, 34, of Blackwood, was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

Detectives say no criminal charges have been filed and the investigation is ongoing.
