“While resources become more available from our three major county-based healthcare facilities, we continue to see a steady stream of confirmed positive tests for the novel coronavirus. Again, I believe, considering the delay in getting testing into the county and the state, that these numbers will continue to grow based on the original lag time in testing and the delay in getting tests back from the lab,” said Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli, Jr. “Unified as one community, we have to be prepared for an extended fight. Preparation and a consistent response are how we break the back of this virus and win this war. I want to thank everyone who has been staying home and encourage everyone who hasn’t taken those recommendations seriously to do so immediately.”
