Jefferson Health Patient Engagement Scheduling Center Opens in Cherry Hill, NJ
Cherry Hill, NJ, February 13, 2020 – A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held this week for the new 35,000-square-foot Jefferson Health Patient Engagement Scheduling Center in Cherry Hill. This new call center is designed to increase efficiency and ensure a seamless patient experience. It combines several existing call centers in southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, and will handle everything from 1-800-JEFF NOW calls to appointments for Medical Imaging studies, and Jefferson Primary & Specialty Care practices. A second new Jefferson Health Patient Engagement Scheduling Center is slated to open this spring in Fort Washington, Pa.
