TRAVEL ALERT: Somerdale Road Construction to Occur Nov. 7-8

 

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP NJ (Nov. 6, 2019)--Thursday, November 7 and 8, 2019 between the hours of 7 am to 3 pm there will be a roadway improvement and User3267-1259193804-user750-1254439564-gloucester-township-pdrepaving operation on Somerdale Road between Chews Landing Road and Lampost Lane. As a result traffic will be reduced to one lane of travel.

Traffic will still be able to travel from Chews Landing Road towards Warwick Road, however travel will not be permitted in the opposite direction towards Chews Landing Road past Lampost Lane. Therefore if you are not attempting to head to any of the courts and developments off Somerdale Road you should utilize Warwick Road to Evesham Road to Black Horse Pike to Chews Landing Road as a detour. Again, travel from Warwick Road towards Chews Landing Road will be restricted and travel will not be possible past Somerdale Road at Lampost Lane. Please plan an alternate route or leave earlier than normal to avoid delays due to traffic congestion in the area of Somerdale Road and Chews Landing Road.
