PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 2019) - PrimoHoagies is excited for another year of giving back through PrimoCares, a charitable organization created by PrimoHoagies to help children in need. During the Christmas season, every PrimoHoagies store sponsors a child in need and select stores sponsor multiple children. Last year, 135 kids were sponsored and given a magical Christmas.
This holiday season, PrimoCares will run from mid October through the first week of December. On the first Thursday of December, the gifts for the children are collected at Primo headquarters to wrap before being delivered to the children of Delaware Valley Children’s Charity.
"We hope to give financial and emotional support for families dealing with traumatic circumstances,” says Nick Papanier Jr., Owner of PrimoHoagies, “As well as provide smiles and inspiration to those that may be less fortunate.”
As part of PrimoCares, customers are asked to “Round It Up” to the nearest dollar every time they make a purchase. These donations are collected to provide gifts to the children of our community.
