Authorities Investigating Homicide at Crescent Trailer Park

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (August 1, 2019)-- 6a00d8341bf7d953ef017d3ee50d33970c-200wi (1)There was a murder at the Crescent Trailer Park, Route 130, yesterday (July 31, 2019).  Asked about the incident Gloucester City Police Lt Steve Burkhardt said, "There was a homicide yesterday in the Crescent Trailer Park.  The suspect was taken into custody at the scene and has been charged.  All media releases concerning the details of this crime will be released by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.

According to the Courier Post, the victim, a woman was fatally stabbed Wednesday. The incident is believed to be a case of domestic violence. 

Earlier this year a resident of the Crescent Trailer Park was killed. Alexander Medina, age 20, of the 700 block of Bertwood Avenue was fatally stabbed. Joel Martinez, 18, of Camden City was charged with his murder.
