Volunteer registration to close Sept. 2 DOVER (Aug. 27, 2019) – Volunteers are still needed and encouraged to join the 32nd annual Delaware Coastal Cleanup, to be held from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 14. A new gun reform law is set to take effect in New Jersey on Sunday that allows you to ask a judge to take a family member or loved one's guns away from them if they are deemed mentally unstable.
