OLD WESTBURY, NY (Gloucestercitynews.net)--(07/22/2019)-- New York Institute of Technology Athletics placed 134 student-athletes on the East Coast Conference (ECC) Commissioner's Honor Roll for the 2018-19 academic year, including Kylie Lacerte of Woolwich.
Student-athletes who earned at least a 3.25 GPA for the academic year earned the honor. Additionally, New York Institute of Technology men's lacrosse, men's and women's tennis, and Esports teams had the highest GPAs of any team in their respective sports in the ECC for the 2018-19 academic year.
"We are very proud to announce this group of Commissioner's Honor Roll recipients and especially pleased that the list continues to expand each year," commissioner Bob Dranoff said. "We hope that participating in the East Coast Conference and NCAA Division II will always provide a positive experience for our student-athletes in their sport, in the community, and of course in the classroom."
