R.E.A.L. Dodgeball: Last Game of the Season

The Camden County Board of Freeholders and the Addiction Awareness Task Force present R.E.A.L. Dodgeball for individuals in recovery. Games will be played on Sunday nights from 6 PM to 9 PM in the Papiano Gymnasium, located at Camden County College in Blackwood. The final game on the season is taking place on Sunday, July 7th. Free Senior & Disabled Legal Workshops

The Camden County Board of Freeholders, the Department of Health and Human Services – Division of Senior & Disabled Services, and the Surrogate’s Court announce free legal workshops for senior and disabled residents of Camden County. Those attending this workshop receive, at no cost, a Last Will and Testament, an Advance Directive for Health Care (Living Will) and Power of Attorney (POA).

These events are open exclusively to Camden County residents aged 60 and older, and to disabled residents 18 and older. Workshops are limited to 35 participants per session, and pre-registration is required. Due to high demand, call for an appointment as soon as possible.

Workshops are held every Monday at the Camden County Store in the Voorhees Town Center. On official holidays, workshops move to Tuesday instead. To register, call (856) 566-2920.

Get Fit in the Park

Mindful Mondays - From June 3rd to October 4th, bring your mat to the corner of Cuthbert Boulevard and North Park Drive in Haddon Township for Yoga on the Cooper River. Community instructors teach bring your own mat, all-levels vinyasa flow classes (no class on Labor Day) at 6 PM. Read More.

Lululemon at Cooper River Park - Join Lululemon Cherry Hill and local instructors on Sunday mornings at 9 AM for an hour long, complimentary vinyasa flow. Bring your mat to the corner of Cuthbert Boulevard and North Park Drive in Haddon Township at the vista deck. Click here for more information.

Cardio on the Cooper - Join us Tuesdays, June 4th through July 23rd at 6 PM for a free, 60-minute, calorie-annihilating outdoor workout at Jack Curtis Stadium at Cooper River Park. All levels are welcome. Read More.

 

Nature Nights

Nature Night classes for residents of all ages will be held at the Camden County Environmental Center. We will cover a different topic each session to discover the environment of Camden County. This week’s session will be held on Tuesday, July 9th at 7 PM and the topic is a Nature Scavenger Hunt. Registration is encouraged. Read More.

 

Kids Kapers

The Camden County Board of Freeholders invited you to Kids Kapers at Haddon Lake Park on Wednesday, July 10th. This week’s featured performer is the One Man Circus. All shows begin at 10 AM. ALL candidates MUST be prescreened and scheduled for an appointment prior to the recruitment date by their local One-Stop Office. The Camden County Board of Freeholders invites you to Fun Nights at Lindenwold Park. Friday nights this summer feature entertainment for the entire family, followed by movies under the stars!
