GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (Gloucestercitynews.net) (June 4, 2019) Gloucester Catholic (20-5 will face St. Mary Rutherford (20-9) Wednesday night at 7 PM for the Non-Public B State Title at Hamilton Veterans Park | Hamilton, (Mercer County). The red hot Rams, the defending two-time champions, have won their last seven games scoring 86 runs and holding their opponents to just 10.

Gloucester Catholic is batting .390 as a team., according to highschoolsports.nj.com.

Lillo Paxia leads the team at .508 with five doubles, two triples, two home runs, 31 runs scored and 35 RBIs. Justin Costanzo is batting .473 with four doubles, two homers, 27 runs scored and 35 RBIs. Luke Lesch is hitting .446 with eight doubles and 31 RBIs, while Tyler Cannon is hitting at a .434 with seven doubles, five homers, 37 runs scored and 31 RBIs. Look for Lesch and Solometo to split time on the mound. Both own 5-1 records, with Solometo, also winning last year's title game.
