Community Partner Spotlight: Operation Snack Bags

“Resting in your therapy chair, know that there are those who care.”

And thanks to The Women’s Council of Realtors Southern NJ Chapter, many of our patients at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, know that there are those that care. Our chemotherapy and radiation patients received 90 care bags filled with snacks, treats, comfort items, and notes from Charleen Orzechowski and her colleagues who raised funds and worked together to package the bags for Cooper's Tea Cart Program.

“Our local chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors has been a proud supporter of The Cooper Foundation for the past five years and we wanted to expand our commitment to the organization,” said Orzechowski. “Our assembly line was full of love, hope and support for the men and women courageously fighting cancer.”

The Women’s Council of Realtors SNJ also hosts an annual fundraiser, Bras for a Cause, raising $21,000 last year for Pink Roses Teal Magnolias.

Thank you to the Women’s Council of Realtors Southern NJ Chapter for being a generous Community Partner.
