Authorities Seeking North Wildwood Sexual Assault Suspect

Cape May Court House, New Jersey (May 28, 2019)(gloucestercitynews.net)--– Cape May County Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland along with Chief Matthew Gallagher of the North Wildwood Police Department announce a joint investigation is being conducted of a reported Sexual Assault which occurred on May 21, 2019 in the area of the 500 block of Anglesea Drive, North Wildwood, New Jersey.
On May 21, 2019, at approximately 6:27 p.m., the North Wildwood Police Department received a report of a Sexual Assault. The victim reported while walking in the area of the 500 block of Anglesea Drive, an unknown male approached and sexually assaulted the victim. The unknown suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’10”, in his 50’s with short brown hair and clean shaven. The male was described as wearing a light gray crew sweatshirt, dark blue jeans, and black sneakers.
