ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (gloucestercitynews.net)--The South Jersey Transportation Authority owner/operator of the Atlantic City International Airport will be conducting an emergency
exercise on
Saturday, May 18 from 0600 to 1400 hours at the Atlantic City International Airport.

The purpose of the exercise is to test the Airport's and surrounding mutual aid companies' response to a large-scale emergency at the airport.  ACY, being a commercial service airport, is required by the FAA to conduct this exercise once every three years.  The public should expect to see an increased amount of emergency response vehicles in and around the airport during the exercise and should not be alarmed.
