Danielle Saranchak of Pennsauken Inducted into English Honor Society at Scranton
SCRANTON, PA (04/12/2019)-- Danielle Saranchak of Pennsauken was among the University of Scranton students inducted into Sigma Tau Delta, the national honor society in English. For induction into the honor society, students must be majors or minors in English, theatre or secondary education/English, have maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or higher in English, theatre and writing courses and have an overall grade point average of 3.4 or higher. The University's chapter of the honor society was established in 1980.
Saranchak is a senior majoring in mathematics at the Jesuit university.
Cherry Hill Native Robert Nevin of the Wesleyan University Football Team Named to NFF Hampshire Honor Society
MIDDLETOWN, CT (04/12/2019)-- Robert Nevin of Cherry Hill, a student-athletes on the Wesleyan University football team, was recently named to the 2019 National Football Foundation (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society, as announced by the NFF & College Hall of Fame. The Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all divisions who have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher throughout their collegiate careers. Nevin is majoring in Government and Philosophy.
Nevin was named NESCAC All-Academic in the fall as well.
