NJ Legislature increasing standardized testing requirements for graduation & eliminating opt out

The NJ legislature is voting today (2/21) and Monday (2/25) on legislation (S3381/A4957) that would enable the New Jersey Department of Education to require students to take an unlimited number of standardized tests in multiple grades in order to graduate from high school, and would eliminate the ability of parents to refuse any of these tests.
