NOTICE FOR GLOUCESTER CITY PLANNING ZONING BOARD APPLICATION Take notice that on the 20th day of February, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Gloucester City Planning Board at the Police Administration Building, 313 Monmouth Street, Gloucester City, NJ on the application of Totem Real Estate, LLC for a Major Site Plan and D Variance to convert a former church (currently a vacant single family property) to a multifamily property consisting of 6 high end, privately rented apartments with parking spaces for each unit at 220 Monmouth Street and known as Block 50 and Lots 9 and 19 on the Gloucester City Tax Map.
