Winslow Police Need Help Identifying a Suspicious Person

SICKLERVILLE, NJ (January 29, 2019)-The Winslow Police Department released the following statement today about a suspicious person in Sicklerville.
Today, January 29, 2019, at approximately 7 AM a 15 year old female was walking to her bus stop in the Arbor Meadows Development, off of Williamstown Road in Sicklerville. The female observed a thin black male, approximately 30 years old, with short dread locks and a goatee, wearing a blue “bomber style” jacket, blue work pants and dark work boots walking on Arbor Meadows Drive.
The black man was following the female and she eventually noticed him standing behind some bushes, and it appeared as if he was pleasuring himself. There will be increased Police personnel in this area as the investigation continues into the identity of this unknown person.
