Essex County Community Activist Awarded Rookie of the Year Award

Maplewood,New Jersey (PR MediaRelease) January 29, 2019--Congratulations to Ann Laskowski of 1200-1 copy 5Coldwell Banker in Maplewood for being selected to receive the 2019 North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® (NCJAR) “ROOKIE OF THE YEAR” Award.

The Rookie of the Year Award is bestowed on a member who has been a Realtor® for two years or less, and displays exemplary work in the business and humanitarian sectors.

In her first two years as a Realtor®, Ann sold a total of 16 homes and over $10,000,000 in total volume. She is actively involved with NCJAR serving on the Volunteer Pool committee. She is also involved in the newly formed Women’s Council of Realtors® North Central Network. She is a firm believer in the benefits of investing in the Realtors® Political Action Committee (RPAC), and immediately started contributing the first year.

Ann is active in her community. She is the mother of four children and stays involved in their schools serving as a class parent. She is the Assistant Commissioner of the South Orange Maplewood Flag Football Committee, and is a member of the St. Joseph’s CYO Basketball Committee. She also volunteers as a Catechist at Saint Rose of Lima in Millburn.

Ann has proven to be a true professional, building a reputation in a short time for ethics, and commitment to the real estate industry. Ann truly exemplifies what the Realtor® “spirit” is all about, and we are very proud that Ann is a member of our NCJAR Realtor® family.
