Brooklawn Mayor Branella, Council Members McCleary & McConnell Take Oath of Office

BROOKLAWN, NJ (CNBNewsnet)--Congratulations to Mayor Teri Branella, Council President Julie McCleary and Councilwoman Trish McConnell who were sworn in for another term during the Borough of Brooklawn's Reorganization meeting which took place earlier this month at Borough Hall. The oath of office was administered by New Jersey Assemblyman Bill Spearman. Friends and family members were in attendance along with Camden County Freeholders Carmen Rodriguez and Susan Shin Angulo, and Lawnside Mayor Maryann Wardlow.

In November Mayor Branella was elected to her third term in office. The mayor's term is for four years. She has served the community as mayor since January 2011. Her current term will expire December 30, 2022. 

Council President McCleary was also re-elected in November  She began her service to the taxpayers in 2011. Councilwoman McConnell was elected to her first full term in November. She has served on council since September 2016.  Council terms are for three years.
