Kimmel Center to Host over 100 Regional Tuba, Sousaphone, and Euphonium Players Sunday

WHAT:                  One of the Kimmel Center’s favorite holiday events, Tuba Christmas returns with its joyous presentation of holidays classics in our Commonwealth Plaza. Attendees are invited to this FREE performance where over 100 regional tuba, sousaphone, and euphonium musicians come together to put on a show for all ages. 2018 marks the 45th anniversary for Tuba Christmas concerts and events, which are presented during the holiday season all over the world.

DETAILS:              Tuba Christmas is an annual FREE event that invites the public to gather in our Commonwealth Plaza to witness more than 100 tuba, sousaphone, and euphonium players uniting to play holiday classics. Tuba Christmas events like this are held all over the world to ring in the holiday season with classic songs on a classic instrument in a fun and unique way.
