Congratulations to Adham, Anthony, and Helaina, Jefferson Health - New Jersey former Project Search interns and current associates, for receiving the Samost Jewish Family and Children's Service (JFCS) of Southern New Jersey's Outstanding Employer Recognition Award at the 13th annual Dubrow Vocational Celebration Breakfast!

Baghdadi, Goodson, and Sohn respectively work at Cooper Landing Road Primary Care (Jefferson Medical Group), the Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital Emergency Department, and the main office of Jefferson Health Primary & Specialty Care in Voorhees.

Prior to their current positions, Baghdadi, Goodson, and Sohn were Jefferson Health - New Jersey interns through Project SEARCH — a one-year, school-to-work program that helps young adults with developmental disabilities make successful transitions from high school to competitive employment and productive adult lives.

Project SEARCH interns receive on-site instruction from a certified teacher and skills trainer on everything from team workplace safety to self-advocacy. Interns acquire marketable and transferable skills which enable them to apply for related positions that match their talents and aspirations. Jefferson Health - New Jersey has hired several Project SEARCH interns upon their completion of the program.

The Vocational Celebration Breakfast is sponsored by the Dubrow and Gelman families in loving memory of Ellen and Ron Dubrow, who both served as vice president of JFCS of Southern New Jersey.
