Central Methodist University Students from New Jersey Receive Endowed Scholarships


FAYETTE, MO (11/30/2018)-- Central Methodist University has a long history of generous donors Screen Shot 2018-11-30 at 16.0.12 endowing scholarships to ensure students have quality resources as they work to complete their college education.

All scholarships are awarded by a stewardship coordinator based on a student's high academic performance, and following the donor's wishes.

One of CMU's highest honors is to be selected as a recipient of an endowed or Hall of Sponsors scholarship. These scholarships are assigned to CMU's best and brightest students based on high academic standards, and contribution to their school and community.

The following CMU students from local areas are recipients of scholarships:

Carl Isitt, a business major from Christchurch, was named the recipient of the Holman Hall of Sponsors Scholarship

Ivet Lloansi Rodriguez, an athletic training major from Sabadell Barcelona, was named the recipient of the Barbara Williams Hahne Hall of Sponsors Scholarship

Mireia Lopez Romeu, a business major from Barcelona, was named the recipient of the Susan and Gentry Estill Scholarship, and the Paul and Helen Shuck Ross Trustee and Dr. and Mrs. Ralph Gillet Trustee Hall of Sponsors Scholarships

Since its founding in 1854, CMU has evolved into a university that confers master's, bachelor's and associate's degrees through programming on its main campus in Fayette, Mo., and through extension sites and online.
