Celebrated each year on November 15, National Philanthropy Day helps showcase the impact that generosity and giving back has on enhancing the quality of life in communities across the United States.
Jefferson Health - New Jersey recently celebrated National Philanthropy Day with a gathering of key stakeholders, board members, and donors. One of Jefferson Health - New Jersey’s key donors, The Bill Bottino Cancer Foundation, based in Bridgeton, NJ, was recognized for its generous support of the Patient Assistance Fund at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center - Washington Township. The Patient Assistance Fund provides support to assist with patients’ financial needs during treatment (i.e., housing, utility bills, transportation, etc.).
