More Stop Signs and One-Way Streets for Gloucester City

GLOUCESTER CITY NJ (October 30, 2018)(CNBNewsnet)—The City of Gloucester City has released a new traffic pattern for  the east side of Broadway that will go into effect in November. The following press release explains the plan.

On November 13, 2018 the new stop signs that were installed on Johnson Blvd. and Park Avenue will be uncovered and go into effect.  The new sign locations are as follows:

Park Avenue, both directions, at the intersection with Gaskill Avenue.
Johnson Blvd., both directions, at the intersections with Morris, Paul and Monmouth Streets

In addition, Essex Street, between King Street and Broadway, will convert to one way traffic east bound only (from King St. towards Broadway).  This change was made to alleviate truck traffic on Essex Street.

Again, all of these changes with go into effect when the new signs are uncovered on November 13, 2018.
