Colonel Gwyn Parris-Atwell, MSN, RN, an Employee Health Nurse at Jefferson Health in New Jersey and a commissioned officer in the U.S. Air Force, recently received an Achievement Award from the Emergency Nurses Association at its national conference in Pittsburgh, PA.

Parris-Atwell, a resident of Alloway, NJ, was presented with the Judith C. Kelleher Award, which recognizes an ENA member who has consistently demonstrated excellence in Emergency nursing and has made significant contribution to the profession and to ENA.

An exceptional role model as a civilian and military nurse, Parris-Atwell has been the recipient of numerous state and national ENA awards, and recently received a regional Nurse.com GEM Award for Education & Mentoring.
