BROOKLAWN NJ (October 31,2018)(CNBNewsnet)--An Auto Zone Store will be moving into the Screen Shot 2018-07-12 at 13.26.42 former Ming Kui Lau Restaurant, U.S. Route 130 and Browning Road, Brooklawn. Today work began on removing the second floor of the building. According to the South Jersey Observer the property sold for $960,000.  The restaurant closed its doors in June.

Earlier this year the Brooklawn Planning Board granted minor site plan approval for an approximate 6,800 square foot AutoZone retail store with accessory on-site parking, loading area, identification signage and related site improvements. The second floor of the Ming Kui Lau restaurant was being removed today. An approximate 1,200 square foot building addition will be added to the building.

An Advance Auto Parts store is located approximately 200 yards from where the new Auto Zone Store is being constructed.
