GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ (August 6, 2018)-- Gloucester City’s Cultural Arts and Heritage Society is gearing up for their tenth riverfront art, crafts, and music festival to be held at Proprietor’s Park on September 29, 2018 from eleven until 6 PM, with bands performing until ten PM.
“There is something for everyone in Gloucester City and this event will embrace that philosophy,” said Mary Lou Adams, founder of the society.
Bands coordinator Michael Newsham’s line-up includes No Evil and Chinacat Jubilee in addition to a dozen other performers.
Dawn Watson will be judging a pie baking contest. To enter, call her at 856.981.8957 to register. Directions for entry are located on the Facebook page Gloucester City Families for Positive Growth and Development or you may request a form when you call. There is a $5.00 entry fee per pie. Prizes include a gift certificate to Carr’s Hardware.
Vendors include crafts of all genres, jewelry makers, food vendors, food trucks, face painters and so much more!
“We still have room for more vendors,” Mary Lou said. “We welcome innovative craftsmen that are eager to promote their crafts.”
