Widener Law Commonwealth announces Ryan Clanton as a 2018 graduate

Cynthia Kelly earns doctor of psychology from Widener University
CHESTER, PA (07/16/2018)-- Cynthia Kelly of Deptford, NJ (08096) earned a doctor of psychology in clinical psychology through Widener University's School of Human Service Professions.
Widener conferred degrees to more than 600 graduate students in a ceremony Friday, May 18, including several dozen who earned a doctor of psychology. While these students took part in the May commencement ceremony, their studies officially concluded at the end of June, with the close of their academic internships.

Nicole Lindner Awarded $5,000 Phi Kappa Phi Fellowship
BATON ROUGE, LA (07/16/2018)-- Nicole Lindner of Pitman, New Jersey, has been awarded a Fellowship worth $5,000 by The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi--the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. Lindner is one of 57 recipients nationwide to receive a Phi Kappa Phi Fellowship.
Lindner received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Salisbury University. As a Phi Kappa Phi Fellow, Lindner will pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Drexel University.
Since its creation in 1932, the Fellowship Program has become one of the Society's most visible and financially well-supported endeavors, allocating $345,000 annually to outstanding students for first-year graduate or professional study. Currently, 51 Fellowships of $5,000 and six of $15,000 are awarded each year.
The selection process for a fellowship is based on the applicant's evidence of graduate potential, undergraduate academic achievement, service and leadership experience, letters of recommendation, personal statement of educational perspective and career goals, and acceptance in an approved graduate or professional program.
Phi Kappa Phi Fellowships are part of the Society's robust award programs, which give $1.4 million each biennium to outstanding students and members through study abroad grants, graduate fellowships, funding for post-baccalaureate development, member and chapter awards, and grants for local, national and international literacy initiatives.
