Painting is a great project for you to do yourself, or you can hire a professional to come in if you’re in a time crunch and have hard-to-reach areas. It’s recommended you go with neutral colors that anyone will find appealing when you’re trying to sell. This isn’t the time you want to try out new designs and get all fancy. Make sure you take a look at what needs refreshing in all of your various rooms and also paint any chipped trim.
