Donald C. Gibbs, Sr., on May 21, 2018, of Sewell; formerly of Gloucester City. Age 82.
Beloved husband of Queenie Gibbs (nee Winkelspecht) for 60 years. Devoted father of Donald C. Gibbs Jr. (Karen), Kirk E. Gibbs (Dawn), Bridgett A. Gibbs, Brenda M. Nowinski (Steve), Erika A. Kaplan (Dean), and Nicole R. Ferry (Randy). Loving grandfather of eleven. Dear brother of Dolores Haynor-Gibbs and the late Paula Sullivan. Brother-in-law of Ronald Sullivan and Thomas Winkelspecht (Sheila). Uncle of Anthony Eller (Deb).
Don worked for the Gloucester City Police Department for 8 years. He then worked for Mobil Oil Refinery until his retirement.
There will be a viewing from 1 to 3pm Sunday afternoon at GARDNER FUNERAL HOME, RUNNEMEDE.
Funeral Service 3pm at the funeral home.
Interment private at the request of the family.
