Lunch and Learn about Nutrition, Stress Management and More at Kramer Hall  

 

Galloway, NJ Stockton University Kramer Hall and AtlantiCare will host a series of Lunch & Learn programs this spring at Kramer Hall in Hammonton as part of AtlantiCare’s Senior University.

“AtlantiCare Senior U” is a free membership program for community members interested in healthy aging. Tina Ellis, BSN, RN, AtlantiCare Health Engagement, Senior Wellness specialist, who has a background in critical care nursing will lead the sessions.



Nutrition Buzzwords will take place at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 2. The event will focus on understanding the most common health-food buzzwords to make informed healthy eating decisions.

A Personal Approach to Stress Management will take place at 12 p.m., Wednesday, June 6. The event will focus on learning one’s personality type and personalized strategies for managing stress.

Both events will take place at Kramer Hall, 30 Front Street in Hammonton. They are free and open to the public. A healthy lunch will also be served.
